The second parent isn't getting notifications

Check three things: notifications are allowed for Bagsy in the phone's Settings; the phone isn't in a focus mode that silences it; and they've opened the app at least once since installing. If all three are fine and it's still quiet, email us — a missed buzz is the one thing we treat as urgent.

How do invites work?

From the Squad screen, add an adult or helper and share the code the app gives you. They install Bagsy, create an account, choose 'I've got an invite' and paste the code. Codes are long and random on purpose — they can't be guessed.

What's free and what's paid?

The claim loop — runs on the board, bagsying them, handing them back, and everyone being told — is free forever, for the whole household. A single household subscription (Bagsy Plus) will add conveniences like timetable scanning and calendar sync. The second parent never meets a paywall.

Deleting your account

Squad screen, then Delete my account. If you're the only signed-up adult, this deletes the whole household permanently. It cannot be undone.
